FORIR PHOTOGRAPHY is the creation of Molly Forir Coatney and her husband Bill. Molly is as comfortable sitting in a swampy mudflat photographing shorebirds as most people are sitting in their living rooms. Her friends know that she can’t get enough of the wild places and creatures that live there. Bill’s experience as a hunter and fisherman serves this team well in finding those places.

Both of them are self taught photographers and many of their images have been successful in international photo competitions as well as national, regional and local competitions. Bill is a past recipient of the Photographic Society of America’s Who’s Who in Photography. They are proud of their membership in the St Louis Camera Club which has a national reputation for producing award winning photographers.
